Peyton Manning, current quarterback of the Denver Broncos, isn’t much of a looker. He also can’t hide his thick NOLA accent and a massive forehead. So could someone please explain to me how he got so many product endorsements? Papa John’s (better pizza), Sprint (laser, rocket arm), Direct TV (football on your phone), Buick (audible), Gatorade (elbow your brother), and the list that will likely expand in the future. Okay, good point, me. Peypey has great comedic timing. Of course being paid to push your brother around while touring the ESPN studios isn’t something anyone would turn down.

I used the flame effect I tried while doing the Tennessee Titans look to apply to the hair of the Broncos emblem. While I do miss the totally rad orange and baby blue Broncos uniforms during the 80s, the current look they went with was ahead of its time. Skinny numbers, speed lines (I can’t figure out the graphic design term for the S thing on the uniform profiles), a badass angry colt in the letter D is replaced by the head of a badass angry colt. I put down the white first to help the orange pop. Orange and yellow colors tend to blend into my skin color without primer and a base of white. Hopefully you don’t encounter the same problems.
